Roamio Club specializes in theme-based travel experiences, including group trips, curated itineraries, and adventure-oriented journeys. Our trips are designed to offer immersive experiences rather than conventional tourism.

2. Bookings & Payments
• Advance payment is mandatory to confirm any booking.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.
• Remaining balances must be cleared as per the payment schedule shared by Roamio Club.

3. Adventure Activities & Liability
Certain trips may include adventure sports or physically demanding activities. Participation is voluntary and at the traveler’s own risk.
Roamio Club Holidays Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or delay arising from participation in such activities.

4. Travel Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances
Roamio Club is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Weather conditions
• Airline or transportation delays
• Government regulations
• Natural disasters
• Third-party service providers

Any additional costs arising due to such circumstances shall be borne by the traveler.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by trip and will be communicated at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued for unused services or last-minute cancellations unless otherwise specified.

6. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, itineraries, branding, and designs, is the intellectual property of Roamio Club Holidays Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Communication
By booking with us, you consent to receive communication via WhatsApp, email, or phone for trip-related updates and promotions.

8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
